Our Mission
RAYSL is the flagship program of Phelps County Regional Sports (PCRS). RAYSL provides coed recreation level soccer for area youth. No prior playing experience is required. All youth meeting the age requirements are welcome. In addition to having fun, competing, and socializing with peers, participants learn and improve on the fundamental skills necessary to play the game of soccer.
